KW goes behind the scenes at the joint launch for North and Mystic in Dakhla

This week sees the joint International Sales Meeting for the top-secret upcoming launch of North Kiteboarding as well as the 2020 Mystic product range. Joined together as one company under North Actionsports Group, the meeting is taking place all week in windy Dakhla, Morocco where it’s currently blowing over 30kts!
The packed room of 120 attendees is stacked with kite industry insiders, as well as international team riders Nick Jacobsen, Jalou Langeree, Graham Howes, Bruna Kajiya and Annabel van Westerop. The meeting kicked off with Max Blom Snr of Mystic introducing the company partnership and setting the scene for the week’s programme of events. Mike Raper of North followed, introducing the much-anticipated North product range where we headed to the water for the opportunity to test all the gear before beers and summer socials at the Dakhla Attitude beach bar.
The week is jam-packed with talks, demonstrations, testing and events and ends with a big ‘Dakhchella’ party on Saturday night which promises to be wild and will close the week on a high.
