Airush Kite Camp

Camp beneath the stars with the Airush & Trident crew

Camp beneath the stars with the Airush & Trident crew at Celilo Park in The Dalles, Oregon (30-minutes east of Hood River). With the spectacular views of the Columbia Gorge as your backdrop, join us for four adventure-packed days of kiteboarding & fun! The 2018 Airush kiteboarding range will be available for you to demo; kite with the pros & meet the design team out of Cape Town, South Africa. Remember to BYO harness, wetsuit and positive attitude! 😉

This will be the first international stop of the 2017 Airush Kite Camp. We are reaching out to all kiteboarders – from beginner to advanced – to build the social aspect of our kiting community and a deeper connection to the outdoors.

The Columbia River Gorge hosts a wide variety of riding spots from flat water to huge rolling swell. It draws kiters from all over the world, making it a mecca to windsport enthusiasts and the reason why Airush has chosen to make it the first stop of their tour.

Kite Camp
Over the course of the event, kiters will experience a variety of activities such as Clinics, How-To’s from the pros and Equipment Talks, along with meeting a variety of riders of all ages and levels.

Airush will be launching new products from their 2018 range for you to try out!

Camp Site
We will be camping at Celilo Park, which features an amazing access from camping to kiteboarding while still being in close proximity to other spots. This allows us to ride in various conditions along the Columbia River Gorge from lightwind foiling to big air!

Details will be released about Clinics and How-To’s over the coming weeks so be sure to RSVP. Gorge locations will be determined based on wind conditions.

Kiteboarding 4 Cancer:
We will be participating in the biggest kiteboarding event in North America while raising money to help those affected by cancer. We highly encourage you to create a team of 4, race solo or simply donate. If you do not have a team, let us know and we can help match you up with other kiters. With 6 hours of riding, this is the perfect opportunity to experience the community while spending time on the water!

After the event you will have the chance to win some fantastic prizes – including Airush gear! – at the KB4C prize givings and raffles which you can register for here
