Complicated blue prints for potentially the next fastest board in the world hang sketched out on the garage wall of kiteboarders around the world as the racing bug takes a firm grip, sending riders scrambling for their shaping tools to gain any advantage possible. But what's going on on the world tour? We sent Debbie Kennedy to Portimao in Portugal to the recent PKRA event to find out.
