The 2008 White Air Extreme Sports Festival drew in huge crowds last weekend in glorious sunshine on the Isle of Wight. The wind picked up enough on Saturday for the Headfirst Freestyle Jam at White air 2008 organised by Chris Burke with both freestyle and wave heats held. Riders jammed and judged with results as follows:

Overall
1st - Dave Hastilow (Cabrinha)
2nd - Chris Burke (Liquid Force)
3rd - Craig Smith (Flexifoil)




The weekend was non stop events with SUPs, Thundercats, windsurfers, catamarans, jet skis, wakeboarders, skaters, BMX, FMX, mountain boarding, inlines, you name it - it was there. The Red Arrows put on an amazing display both days and Saturday night was fantastic with the Pigeon Dectectives live on stage! A great weekend - Thanks to organiser Nigel Howell and his team.
