Naish (Issue #15 - Mar /Apr '05)

Naish The Element is Naish's first entrant into the snowkite market. The open foil design makes it easy to use, launch, and land by yourself and the de-power system gives it a good wind range, and along with the kite's stability combine to make it great for the mountains. The backpack it comes with is worth writing home about too, it's high quality and big enough for food and extra clothes, or another kite altogether. Sizes: 5, 7, 10 and 14m. Naish have also launched their new Haze board range for 2005. The name is the only continuation from the 2004 line up, this time around they've concentrated on making a board that will serve you as a beginner right through to competition standard. They put it all down to flex and have done away with much of the flotation that they believe you don't need after the first five minutes of your kiteboarding life. Sizes: 140 x 38.5, 146 x 39.5, 153 x 41, 161 x 43.
