Jérémie Eloy on French TV

Pro kiter Jérémie Eloy is set to feature on French channel TF1 in 'Ushuaia Nature' at 8:45pm, 13th March 2010. The shooting of the show took place in Iceland back in June '09 with television host Nicolas Hulot. In the show Eloy and Hulot snowkite across the largest glacier in Europe, the Vatnajökull.

This is what Jérémie had to say in a recent speech about the event:

“Saturday, March 13th at 8:45 pm on TF1 a new show of Ushuaia Nature will take us to Iceland, a land untamed and yet not very known."

"Iceland went out from a submarine rift, only 20 million years ago. This mass of lava, this mixture of fire and ice that inspired Jules Verne, is the youngest of the largest islands on Earth. This picturesque country split between two plates, one European and one American, threatens every day to continue his distance."

"The 200 underground volcanoes warmed the land of ice and haunt the minds of people, dependent on the elements.
In this region ancestral land of the Vikings, where language has not changed for a thousand years and where we still believe the elves, is played as the future of mankind."

"Nicolas Hulot guides us through the "Planet Iceland" landscapes so close to those of Mars. Journey to the centre of the earth and in heaven. The Icelandic saga awaits.”
