AP Kiteboarding (Issue #14 - Mar /Apr '05)

AP KiteboardingThe new line of AP boards sees a slightly modified outline, but most of the new fangled developments have gone on inside the boards. A wood core has been favoured in place of the Herex core because of its superior pressure resistance, tensile strength and shearing resistance...basically they're built like Robocop! The reset speed from flexing is also quicker resulting in huge pop, while the concave bottom between the footstraps remains for stiffness and the flex comes into play in the tips. Lengths range from 125 to 149cm while the widths start at 37cm and stretch to 39.
