THE LURE Just kick back, relax and enjoy time and space once you've finished kiting your face off! Barely touched by man, the natural beauty of this area is astounding, the night sky is breathtaking and the locals are very kind, welcoming and eager and willing to be of assistance.
THE SET UP There are some brilliant properties situated up on the hill side on the downwind side of an enourmous, windy cove. Picture this: The beach is a short walk down a private path. Carry your gear or have your rentals awaiting you on the beach. Rig up and ride for a couple of hours in the wide open waters and try out the reef upwind for glassy flat butter or go hit the island on the outside for again, flat, flat, water. Walk back up the path, have lunch, read a book, and go back for a second session until dark.
WATER Expect water temperatures in the mid Seventies most of the year.
GETTING ABOUT Hire cars cost around $40 per day.
